COMBO MIL Sinewave Inverter / Charger

One Unit - 3 functions: Charger, UPS, AC-Power The Combo series are modular „building block” sinewave inverter/chargers that can be used for both small and large power systems. Each inverter/charger is a complete power conversion system - DC to AC inverter, battery charger and AC transfer switch. Additional inverter/chargers can be connected at any time in either parallel or in three-phase 230/400VAC configurations. This allows a system to be tailored to meet the specific power conversion requirements of the application, both at the time of the installation and in the future. The sinewave inverter is designed to survive harsh environments anywhere in the world. Combo RS Inverter/Charger is considered the most rugged design available on the market. Conformal coated circuit boards, a powder coated die-cast aluminum chassis protects the unit‘s internal components from the environment, resisting water, dust and corrosion.

Bi-Directional Relay

RIPEnergy Gateway RB-Bi-Directional Relays are designed to switch DC current up to 200 amps, and allow current to flow bi-directionally. An integrated microprocessor provides smart control including traditional Low Voltage Disconnect functionality to safeguard batteries. The device can be customized for OEM’s serving various internal and external battery management applications. Often used in fleet applications, the device can be placed between a starting and auxiliary battery allowing the onboard logic to decide when to separate the batteries to insurevehicle start-up. A manual override trigger can force the device to join batteries together for self- jumping applications. Bi-Directional relays can behave in fullautomatic mode, respond to manual triggers, or both. Its on-board logic, low on- resistance, and high current switching make it a compelling choice for systems engineers and fleet operators alike.

Uni-Directional Relay

The RIPEnergy Gateway RY-uni-directional relays can be programmed to behave as Voltage Sensitive Relays (VSR) or Low Voltage Disconnects (LVD) and are designed to monitor source (battery) voltage while providing current to a load (accessory) as long as the battery voltage stays above a particular preset level. An integrated microcontroller is factory programmed to cause the device to open or close by constantly monitoring battery voltage, load current, internal temperature, and timing cues. It is truly a Perfect Switch capable of responding exactly how the user requires, all in a single high current module capable of handling all high-current andlow-current accessories. The arrayed MOSFET SSR is designed to switch and control DC currents up to 300A.

Anti-glare light guide – The acrylic LGP offers a unique patented anti-glare light guide which disperses the light evenly avoiding any hotspots, and provides a cleaner and sharper field of light. Trauma & dimmable options – A chain of blue, green or red LEDs at both ends provides ample illumination for trauma/covert conditions. The Flux is 100% dimmable when used in conjunction with a pulse width modulator allowing full control over the level of light required. DC Combi Series 2 Interior light with

The DC Combi was originally designed for military vehicles and is also suitable for military field shelters, temporary work space lighting and naval/marine area lighting. The Series 2 unit was developed for vehicle cab use, it has additional inputs for a door switch and ignition input. The unit also has a programming input to allow configuration by the customer. Rigid Industries Infrared LED Lights

TYRI EN55025 Class 5 Lights

Vibration and shock – TYRI lights undergo extensive vibration and shock testing, for up to 8 hours on all axes, with up to 50G force of pressure. This simulates the forces applied to the lights once mounted on off highway machines Electromagnetic compatibilty – It is of vital importance, especially on emergency or military vehicles, that lighting does not affect control systems, cameras, onboard computers and other radio sensitive equipment. Military specific products

Nato plugs and sockets

NATO plugs and sockets with the VG96917 test mark are for army vehicles, fire-fighting vehicles and rescue vehicles, for example. They are ideal for safe power supplies in the offroad sector. This plug system can be used in 12 VDC or 24 VDC on-board power supplies. Cable cross-sections of up to 70 mm² can be used with special plug-type contacts, permitting use as an emergency socket. A further practical application is external DC supply. Here, DC supply is possible without opening battery covers or flaps.
